The Senior Clinical Operations Lead will support the Clinical Trial Manager and operational team in executing trials. Responsibilities include liaising with CROs and vendors, maintaining communication with the project team, and ensuring alignment with study timelines.
Essential Functions:- Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals.
- Create and update Master ICF templates, review site changes.
- Evaluate investigative sites and coordinate activities.
- Monitor site activities, review monitoring reports.
- Develop and manage study timelines, recruitment strategies, and patient retention plans.
- Organize meetings with stakeholders.
- Assist in developing IP and co-medication strategies.
- Participate in data review and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with Pharmacovigilance and safety groups.
- Monitor timelines and manage external vendors.
- Build relationships with investigational sites.
- Serve as liaison for study sites, conveying trial information.
- Participate in special projects to improve departmental efficiency.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- BS/BA degree or relevant scientific degree.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
- Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
