As part of their continued growth and a string of successful tenders, a major construction contractor is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on civil engineering projects. This is a great opportunity to work on heavy civils schemes, offering a variety of technical challenges across earthworks, highways, and a rail interface.

The Role
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working as part of a team on civil engineering projects valued between £10M - £50M
- Managing Sub-Contracts
- Reporting on Cost, Value, and Change
- Managing Change effectively
- Attending Client Meetings
- Providing leadership and support to commercial and operational colleagues
Experience Required
- Educated to BSc Quantity Surveying with a successful track record as a lead Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects valued around £10M+
- Experience working on highways projects
- Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
