About Tide
At Tide, we are building a finance platform designed to save small businesses time and money. We provide our members with business accounts and related banking services, but also a comprehensive set of connected administrative solutions from invoicing to accounting. Founded in 2015, Tide is now the leading business financial platform in the UK with 550,000 SME members (10% market share) and more than 150,000 SMEs in India. Headquartered in London, Tide has over 1,500 Tideans across the UK, Bulgaria, India, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine and Germany. Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

About the team
Tide Accounting is on a mission to end the fear and effort of accounting for micro and small & medium businesses (mSME). Instead of having to take time to figure out the complicated intricacies of bookkeeping, accounting and taxes, we automate and simplify these things so that mSMEs can focus on what really matters for their businesses (e.g. finding customers, delivering great products & services). This area is at an exciting point in our journey as we have a product in market, and we are significantly increasing its reach and impact via investments in product development, product-led growth and internationalisation.

About the role
As Senior Product Manager you will:

  • Make high-quality decisions about product strategy & execution for Tide’s Accounting & Tax offerings, translating strategy into impact-driven roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to set priorities, create a roadmap, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Organise work and ship products with high velocity that deliver value to our Members.
  • Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value.
  • Build alignment on priorities, plans and progress in your team, across other product teams, with stakeholders and the Leadership team.
  • Inspire and influence others and yourself to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities and be passionate about working towards the mission.
