Licensing Policy and Administration Team Leader Rate : £29 per hour PAYE / Umbrella PAYE: £36 per hour Location :1 day p/w in office 4 days from home Duration: Role is covering 12 months Managing a team of up to 4 We are excited to partner with Hammersmith and Fulham Council to recruit a Licensing Policy and Administration Team Leader for their Environment, Licensing, and Markets Public Protection Team. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage licensing functions within the borough, ensuring high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities : Overseeing and managing licensing operations under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005. Supervising up to four team members, ensuring effective workload allocation and high performance. Providing technical advice and guidance to the team and supporting business compliance. Managing high-risk casework and acting as a professional witness when required. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners for collaborative service delivery.
