We are recruiting for a local, successful, and trusted financial advisory business providing expert advice on all areas of financial planning. The company operates a team ethos and will surround you with the right support and development to ensure that your knowledge and skills allow you to become the best version of you.
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner that will assist their advisers with support that is of the highest quality and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial planning and customer delivery. Ideally, you are currently doing a similar role and have been for at least the last 2 years. You are at least part qualified at Level 4. You must be motivated to build a successful career in Wealth Management.

Key responsibilities:
- You will assist advisers in the delivery of the financial advice lifecycle through:
- Preparation for client meetings and post-meeting documentation
- Preparation and maintenance of client files
- Preparation of recommendations and suitability reports
- Implementing agreed recommendations
- Keeping your knowledge and skills relevant and fit for purpose
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 Level 4 CII equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a paraplanning or similar role
- Ability to comply with defined business processes
- Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
- Very high attention to detail and strong accuracy – ability to get it right first time
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Fully competent in desktop applications (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- You will need to have a clean driving licence and your own car
