We have an excellent opportunity for a Director to join the Sales Enablement team within RBC Private Wealth. Sales Enablement focuses primarily on supporting the Private Wealth Team and sales-support related front-office activities. This role is based in London on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ensure the success of the Private Wealth team through best-in-class collaboration and effectiveness. You will deliver and own key elements underpinning the Private Wealth strategy, including best in class sales methodology, centralisation of key resources, governance & efficiencies, and management of critical Sales reporting.
What will you do?
- Work in partnership with the business to deliver a Wealth Management Europe (WME) aligned business plan, and support Head, Private Wealth by highlighting any risks to plan by working with the Private Wealth leadership team and business partners to mitigate risks where practical and possible.
- Provide and oversee robust sales reporting governance, sales insights & trends, forecasting & reconciliations (with Finance) and involvement with Business Planning activities.
- Drive and maintain a comprehensive and strategically aligned performance/reward model for all CFPs across Private Wealth by working in partnership with the Private Wealth leadership team and business partners to adhere to all financial performance, conduct risk and operational requirements.
- Support overall Private Wealth strategic priorities, drive enhancements to the reporting performance requirements with attention to efficiencies & adherence to strategy; support and contribute to the governance framework and maintenance of all WME Private Wealth best practices.
- Manage the Private Wealth year-end processes measuring individual performance (financial and behavioural), tracking YoY performance trends by individual and by team and identifying inconsistencies across teams and geographies.
- Manage the Private Wealth new financial year processes for the Private Wealth leadership team including setting individual and team targets and subsequent governance around leavers/joiners regarding individual and team targets, developing consistent Goals for all role types.
- Preparing all Private Wealth presentation material, including but not limited to: monthly Private Wealth updates, business awareness sessions, weekly leadership meetings & subsequent actions, as well as all key Private Wealth collateral and all ad-hoc Private Wealth presentations to internal business partners.

- Must-have Previous experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or another related industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales, sales methodology and sales optimisation.
- Experience of High-level performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to support colleagues whilst challenging assumptions to effect change.
- A passionate problem solver, bringing solutions, making recommendations and driving implementation of agreed approach.
- Refined interpersonal and communication skills.
