Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA engineer who will join the team and make a real impact to a thriving and ever-growing company about to take its next step in its growth journey.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Coach and mentor other QA’s to ensure best practices for automation and testing are being followed and implemented effectively
- Facilitate and participate in building test strategy and roll out
- Work with other QAs to assess if the testing strategy is effective and suggests improvements
- Implement testing strategies
- Coaching and mentoring
- Code implementation
- Code review
- CI/CD
- Participation in agile ceremonies and assisting pen testers
- Creating documentation and knowledge sharing
- Identify, test and champion the adoption of emerging technologies
What you’ll need:
- Experience of Java (Java 8 Minimum)
- Evidential experience of using industry best practice regarding automated testing (Junit, Cucumber, Selenium, page object model)
- Experience of SQL
- Evidential experience of industry best practice regarding CI/CD.
- Experience using version control (GIT ideally)
- Agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, or a similar tool.
