What you’ll be doing:
- Providing business change expertise in delivering the S2P Programme which is a complex business change to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance of the Supply Chain function and organisation.
- Working alongside project and programme leaders, as well as support functions including HR and finance to implement change.
- Overseeing engagement with multiple stakeholder groups to clearly articulate the existing landscape, including the design and delivery of workshops to understand and define the scope of change, and to define the metrics and sustainment levers.
- Selecting methods and tools, using iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained (as appropriate to the change).
- Lead & manage the business change to ensure successful outcomes with agreed internal stakeholders.
- Incorporating and managing business change delivery elements into the project/programme and tracking and reporting the business benefit realisation.
Your skills and experiences:
- Deep understanding of range of change methodologies, and their application.
- Deep understanding of the factors that influence successful outcomes and sustainment of change.
- Ability to evidence and communicate the value of change for a range of stakeholder groups.
- Ability to create an organisation environment and culture that is change-ready and change-capable.
- Project management and project control qualification, preferably APM.
The Business Change team:
The Source to Pay (S2P) Project is a strategic Transformation Project for the Supply Chain Function. In this fantastic high-profile role, you will make a significant contribution to the ways of working and standardisation of how change is approached across the client areas. To implement change, you will collaborate with project and program leaders as well as support departments like finance and HR giving you great exposure globally.
