Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10, including a Technical Supervisor and M&E Engineers
- P&L accountability of up to £950k
- Manage all technical issues and ensure KPI and SLA adherence
- Oversee company's H&S and environmental performance on site
- Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client projects
- Manage quality procedures and recruitment on site
- Develop staff technical skills, including annual appraisals
- Maintain client relationships and manage reports
- Identify additional business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage permit systems
