The Head of Finance Business Partnering – Banking, Financial Services & Strategy will partner the Chief Revenue Officer and their team for activities relating to Banking Products, Financial Services and wider Commercial Strategy. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- You will be an experienced Head of Finance with excellent leadership skills and qualities, demonstrate senior stakeholder relationships and expert finance advisor.
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA & CIMA), very experienced finance professional working at senior levels with strong financial leadership skills.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience leading large teams; collaborating with senior leaders, to shape and deliver functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Substantial experience convening multiple stakeholders and through successful relationships, leading key cross-functional projects to drive results across the organisation.
- Experience in leading and driving change aligned to functional and business strategies.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and drive a commercially robust strategy, delivering bottom line value in a complex and/or fast-moving business.
- Leading and developing a team of experienced finance professionals who are committed to driving the Transformation plan.
- Demonstrate leadership and confidence and shared responsibility for the future of the business.

- An expert advisor with ability to apply advanced knowledge of Finance and accounting specialism as well as broad knowledge of related areas.

- Advanced influencing and communication skills; using a range of techniques to deliver messages effectively, make an impact and drive a successful outcome.
- Ability to maintain strong and influential relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to build support for business plans.
- Strong commercial business acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office.
