The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Working as part of the UK Operations team, the role will act as the key point of liaison between UK IT Operations and the 4 Centres of Excellence, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity functions. The role holder will also manage communications and coordinate efforts between both the Spanish based TPO DR service and UK based TPOC DR functions.

The role is responsible for ensuring sufficient controls have been implemented to ensure the safe facilitation of Disaster Recovery management of customer Critical systems in the UK & Spain, as well as integration with customer Business Continuity & Operational Resilience policies and standards.

In terms of Key remits, the role has a number:

  • Creation & ownership of the Disaster Recovery testing processes for customer Digital Transformation systems.
  • Creation, Management & oversight of all Digital Transformation Disaster Recovery related documentation.
  • Accountability for Digital Transformation DR Team operations.
  • Creation & Leadership of DR Governance framework for Digital Transformation DR activities.
  • Management of all customer DR stakeholder liaisons.
  • Reporting responsibility of key deliverables for Digital Transformation DR Project & Operational activities.
  • Ownership of alignment to Industry Standards & audit activity.
  • DR related Budget & 3rd party supply chain contract management.
  • Overall responsibility for improving the resilience position of Digital Transformation within global framework.
  • Coordination of customer near-shore DR efforts for externally hosted business services.

Need someone who is technical and hands on with regards to Infrastructure and Data Centres, and potentially has pulled together BR run books, DC failover testing etc. Role requires three days a week onsite at client in Glasgow.
