We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is advantageous).
- Managing the Employee Journey from offer to end of probation.
- Handling benefits administration, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loans.
- Reporting and data analysis (experience with Business Object software is a plus).
