Our Customer Contact Centre has a position available for a Customer Contact Centre Executive (or a Call Centre Agent for those of you who have been in a similar position in the past). You will join a fabulous team in the heart of the Hedge End retail park. Working for a prestigious Motor Group, Snows has been in the automotive industry for 60 years! We are looking for passionate, ethical, and energetic people to join our onsite Contact Centre Team. Unlike other companies, you will work in a warm and inviting office environment with a caring and supporting team to help guide you to being the best you can be.

There is local free car parking within walking distance and the Hedge End train station is just 1 mile away from the office, with good local Bus links. You will be able to earn upwards of ÂŁ30,000 per year with the training and support that you will receive. NOTE: This is not a Sales position and yet still has the opportunity to earn very well through excellent Customer Service skills and would also suit those looking for a Customer Service Advisor position.

Responsibilities

Your role will be to make and receive phone calls for our existing customers, providing help and assistance in booking them in for their MOT, Servicing and all other work related to their vehicle. This is a “warm” call position, where customers are expecting to receive our notifications; there is no cold calling here. You will contact about 60% outbound and 40% inbound calls, but this mix may vary with the time of year.

The ability to be flexible with your working hours is required for this role due to a 4‑week shift rotation. Shifts will range from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday working is only one Saturday in four!). Shifts are designed to allow most weekends for a better work‑life balance.
