Night-Time Customer Service Assistant in Cardiff
Hourly Rate: £13
Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, 2x shifts per week Monday - Sunday.

We’re looking for our next Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents whilst ensuring the upkeep of our premium site & facilities are maintained at the highest standards.
Our Night-Time Customer Service Assistant will:
- Provide an exceptional & personalised service to residents by anticipating and delivering to their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain the upkeep of our premium site & facilities; communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout the night-time shift.
- Be on hand for questions which may arise and deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may occur.
- Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building.
- Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine food products.
- Manage & store parcels correctly to allow students to easily access their deliveries.
- Be the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.
- Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations.
