Flexibility: Full time role. Location: Our office is in Bath, and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites will be required on a regular basis - depending on the client work this could be up to 4 times a week.

About The Role: We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Management Consultancy team, with a focus on Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (P3M). This is an ideal opportunity if you’re early in your consulting career and want to build hands-on experience in delivering real value to clients. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to support the planning, delivery, and improvement of projects and programmes. Your work will help clients manage change, improve performance, and achieve their goals.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting the delivery of client projects in P3M and related areas
- Carrying out research and analysis to inform project decisions
- Helping to develop tools, templates, and reports
- Working with clients and colleagues to understand challenges and find practical solutions
- Contributing to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
About You: You may be just starting out in your consulting career, but you’re already developing a strong interest in P3M. You’re curious, organised, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with others and are comfortable adapting to new situations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has some experience or academic background in project or programme environments
- Understands the basics of project planning, delivery, or controls
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team
- Is keen to develop skills in areas like cost management, risk, and business change
