To support this exciting initiative, we are seeking IT Trainers to join our existing team.
As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills to leverage technology effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Delivery β Designing and delivering engaging workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.
- Content Development β Creating and maintaining high-quality instructional materials, including manuals and e-learning resources.
- Continuous Improvement β Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programmes based on feedback.
- Support & Guidance β Providing ongoing assistance to colleagues, ensuring they can confidently navigate IT systems.
- Collaboration β Working closely with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop impactful strategies.
- Technology Advocacy β Promoting a culture of learning and championing the adoption of new technologies within the firm.
- Project Contribution β Participating in key technology initiatives, assisting with testing and documentation of new applications.
We are looking for individuals who bring the following skills and qualifications:
- IT Training Experience β Proven experience delivering IT training within the legal sector is essential.
- Technical Proficiency β Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage.
- Driving Licence β A valid UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel between offices is required.
- Service Excellence β Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Learner Engagement β Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
- Experience in developing and delivering webinars.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to various learning styles.
