The Global Programs Specialists will be responsible for designing, implementing and spearheading all the global programs that are organised by the GLT to foster impactful people development and community-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement 180DC’s global programs to enhance cross-branch collaboration in the 180DC community.
  • Organise, improve, and develop the annual Global Awards.
  • Liaise with the Global Growth and Regional Operations teams to smoothly organise and implement global programs.
  • Contribute to team development initiatives, such as strategy documentation, increased automation (through the use of AI), process optimization and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations teams to organise programs at regional summits and meet-ups.

Time Required

  • This role is voluntary, with a significant degree of flexibility in how and when you allocate time during the week.
  • You must be able to commit at least 8-9 hours per week, including weekly team meetings and 1-1s with Team Leads, and a quarterly GLT-wide meeting.
  • You must be able to commit for a duration of at least 12 months.
