Our client is looking for an experienced Senior or Associate Mechanical Engineer to play a pivotal role in leading technical projects, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days in the office and the rest from home.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior or Associate Mechanical Engineer Role:
- Act as the main client contact, representing projects at meetings and communicating project requirements to your team
- Develop early-stage project strategies and design concepts that meet both the client brief and regulatory standards
- Manage budgets, resources and timelines in collaboration with team leaders
- Champion innovation by researching new approaches to stay competitive and forward-thinking
- Maintain a high professional standard by adhering to quality management processes and risk protocols
- Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them develop while contributing to team success
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a history of delivering complex, technical projects
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Previous consultancy experience and confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
