A world-renowned architecture practice, celebrated for designing some of the most iconic buildings across the globe, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their London-based team.
As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting project teams and managing documentation workflows across the practice. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure critical information is shared accurately and efficiently, supporting both internal production processes and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely upload/download and logging of project documents and feedback
- Maintain accurate records using systems such as Newforma, Aconex, ACC, and Asite
- Generate reports and assist with document naming conventions and revision control
- Provide hands-on support for scanning, printing, binding, and trimming
- Follow and maintain compliance with project-specific protocols and workflows
- Support document review cycles and maintain organisation across filing systems
- Assist with managing and maintaining print room operations and general office support
Key skills/experience required
- Experience working as a Document Controller within the architecture, construction or engineering sectors
- Familiarity with Newforma and ISO 19650
- Experience with web-based collaboration platforms
