Job Description

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a full-time Credit Control Administrator on an ongoing temp basis to cover maternity leave for approx. 10 months\\n\\nThe main responsibilities of the role include\\n- Facilitating debt collection and\\n- Reviewing and reporting aged debt\\n- Managing customer accounts and reconciling invoices.\\n- Resolving account queries.\\n- Maintaining accurate records \\n- Providing account information to internal departments\\n\\nAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following\\n\\n- previous admin experience within a manufacturing environment would be preferred\\n- Good IT skills especially MS Office especially Excel \\n- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels\\n- Be accurate and take care with your work\\n- an ability to work to deadlines\\n- Be happy to support across other departments as and when required\\n\\nBecause of its location your own transport is essential\\n\\nThe position is Mon-Fri, (Apply online only) and the pay-rate is £13.19 an hour based on 37.5 hours per week\\n\\nKeywords\\nFinance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Admin, Administrator, PO's, invoice, payroll, CREDIT CONTROL, debt
