We’re looking for a Manager, Global Procurement – Sales Enablement & Medical Affairs to join Regeneron at our Uxbridge UK office. In this role, you’ll help craft and implement our global strategy across Sales Enablement and Global Medical Affairs. You’ll serve as a trusted business partner—collaborating with our Commercial and Medical Affairs teams to anticipate supply needs, influence strategy, and ensure value, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a dynamic company and play a key part in Regeneron’s growing global commercial activities.
A Typical Day
- Developing and implementing category strategies that drive speed and efficiency to Regeneron's business.
- Collaborating with team members to align category priorities and drive Procurement initiatives.
- Demonstrating analytical and negotiation skills to deliver cost-competitive solutions and enable business decision-making.
- Driving value through cost savings, cash flow improvement, and efficiency gains across agency activities.
- Leading category study activities to ensure compliance with GxP and other applicable regulations.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions in partnership with the Law department.
- Using data and insights to guide category management decisions and project outcomes.

To be considered, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of dynamic procurement experience—including direct responsibility for handling category processes and suppliers across various categories. Familiarity with sourcing and contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems (such as Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, or similar platforms) is preferred.
