A leading DAF Flagship Dealership in Preston seeks a highly motivated Service Manager to oversee their busy and reputable service department. Responsibilities include:
- Managing departmental performance, profit & loss and daily operations.
- Leading, mentoring and developing the service team ensuring high retention of skilled personnel.
- Planning and managing workforce resources to meet customers' fleet demands, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensuring adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures.
- Staying informed about manufacturers' service updates and disseminating them promptly.
