My client designs and manufactures specialist solutions for Engineering. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in the Southampton area on a permanent basis.
The Project Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes:
- Experience working in a similar role for a distributor / manufacturer
- Experience with quotations, tenders, and proposals would be beneficial
- Technical knowledge in Engineering, or experience working on Engineering projects
- Ideally be experienced working with CRM or ERP packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised
- Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The Project Coordinator role will involve:
- Managing accounts with clients
- Preparing tenders, creating proposals and quotations
- Working to project specifications and deadlines
