What will the Talent Partner role involve?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-value roles, working closely with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job boards, social media, and industry networking.
