As the Paid Media Specialist, you'll play a key part in expanding the digital reach and driving performance. You'll take ownership of paid social and search marketing, with a strong emphasis on platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads, while also contributing to the SEO strategy.
The Role:
- Developing and executing full-funnel digital campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google
- Managing high-budget Meta campaigns with detailed audience targeting, creative experimentation, and conversion tracking
- Running comprehensive Google Ads campaigns (including Search, YouTube, Display, and Discovery), leveraging GA4, Smart Bidding, and Performance Max
- Making CRO-focused suggestions and leading A/B testing to continually improve results
- Creating regular performance reports that track metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, and other growth indicators
- Working closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure aligned and impactful campaign execution
The Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar paid media role
- Industry background in music, live events, nightlife, or entertainment
- Proven track record running successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max and automated bidding strategies, along with strong SEO understanding
- High proficiency in GA4 and a confident approach to interpreting performance data and applying insights
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends and attend events when needed
