ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel. We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. - Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Oversee the CRM campaign execution across ARNE UK & International, utilising Email, SMS & App, from briefing in to performance reporting.
- Develop ARNE's end-to-end automated CRM journey, ensuring triggers and segments are optimised to reach the customer at the right time.
- Conduct weekly reporting on ARNE CRM performance, including insight and actions being taken forward to share with the wider business.
- Liaise with the Brand and wider Marketing team to ensure all CRM requirements are briefed and synergy across the different customer touch-points.
- Develop a robust CRM testing plan; ensuring we’re bringing the most value with every send and optimising based on insight.
- Develop and scale new segment opportunities to bring added value from the channel.
- Oversee a robust reactivation strategy, ensuring we increase the lifetime value of an ARNE customer.
- Work with our in-house data team to execute bespoke campaigns based on insight.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Similar experience in a CRM role.
- Previous experience of activated campaigns / automated journeys and subsequent reporting.
- Experience using Klaviyo is advantageous.
- Experience using platforms such as Shopify and Triple Whale are desirable.
- Experience executing CRM strategies across multiple channels.
- Highly organised and process driven.
- Experience working on an International level is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- Able to report on performance, identifying trends and actioning accordingly.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Proactive, highly organised and process driven.
- Experienced in customer segmentation and the ability to show value.
- Familiar with Database Marketing laws (GDPR).
