Key Requirements: Be a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong knowledge of end-to-end process modelling and analysis. Demonstrable experience in delivering process improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage internal customers and achieve results. Exposure to multiple, diverse business domains, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Logical, analytical, and structured thinking abilities, with quick learning and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in BPMN 2.0. Knowledge of workflow and process automation.
