Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia and provide perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Ensure patient safety, communicate effectively, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Administer anesthesia during endoscopy procedures, monitoring vital signs and adjusting levels as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments prior to anesthesia, reviewing medical history and medications.
- Manage post-operative pain control and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices through continuing education.
- Comprehensive understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient care protocols.
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in GA.
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Strong knowledge of patient monitoring and vital signs assessment.
- Experience in pain management and medication administration.
- Proficient in medical documentation related to anesthesia care.
- Excellent patient care skills.
