As an Associate Account Manager at Kaseya, you will:
- Be responsible for proactively engaging with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
- Partner closely with customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging additional features or services to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor usage metrics and address any potential adoption hurdles proactively.
- Develop an understanding of our products and their integrations, allowing you to propose their value to customers effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support teams to address customer needs.

Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in sales.

- An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts.
