Job Summary: Provide individual and group support to students, building rapport and trust to create personalized support plans, guiding them through challenges, and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible

Requirements:

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA)
  • Experience providing mental health support to students or young adults
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust
  • Experience developing and implementing support plans
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible part-time hours

Qualification/Education: Bachelor's degree (advantageous)

Experience: Proven experience in providing mental health support to students or young adults.

Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
