Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Housing Concierge or Support Worker for a leading Social Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in EX4 Post Code Area of Exeter in Devon, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday β Friday 9am-5pm.
Housing Concierge Worker: Based in EX4 post code area of Exeter, currently have 7-8 x 12 hour shifts available days over a two week rolling rota - Shift times are 07:00 - 19:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. This is a new approach to housing the most hard to reach vulnerable people from a street attached background, this includes supporting customers with alcohol dependence and addiction, substance misuse both prescription, legal and illegal substances and often complex mental ill health that is linked to past trauma, trauma of surviving on the streets. As part of the team at ETAAS we all clean and take ownership of how our project looks and feels that is all members of the team service manager included. This can be the most challenging but rewarding role and is an excellent entry level position; all our recent permanent positions have generally been from this starting point.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of Β£13.10 per hour.
Housing Support Worker: Based in EX4 post code area of Exeter, 37.5 hours a week over Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. This is working with the hardest to reach members of our community, all our clients have a rough sleeping background. We are proud to be different and are utilising new approaches to providing supported housing to our street attached community. You will develop client/family or children and young people (as appropriate) led support using person-centred approaches. Undertake assessments and to produce and review support and safety plans for individuals to ensure a high-quality standard of support that promotes independent living. To ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing Homeβs values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients/families or children and young people (as appropriate) and other people at risk of abuse.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of Β£13.71 per hour.
