Your new company

You'll be joining a dynamic organisation undergoing a major transformation, placing data, insights, and reporting at the heart of its future operating model. As part of the Digital Directorate, the Data & Analytics Team is seeking an experienced professional to provide short-term support focused on data literacy, user engagement, and cultural change.

In your new role as a Data Literacy & Power BI Specialist, you will:

  • Lead release management and champion the promotion of new or updated Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct user training sessions and demonstrations to enhance understanding and adoption.
  • Drive communications and engagement to ensure effective uptake across all stakeholder groups.
  • Design and implement a plan to foster a culture of self-service data use throughout the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience with Power BI, including developing and promoting dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data literacy and the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Background in delivering training and change management in data-centric environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
