Are you the kind of person who walks onto a site and immediately sees how it could be safer, smarter, and more sustainable? My client is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, and passionate HSE Advisor to help drive health, safety, and environmental excellence across their UK operations.
The Role
Split between home working and site visits, you’ll support locations across the North East, North West, Midlands, and West of England—so flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.
As a key player in the team, you’ll:
- Be the go-to expert for all things Health, Safety & Environment
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Deliver impactful training and drive engagement with HSE policies
Work closely with the HSEQ Manager to keep standards high and compliance tight. Investigate incidents and lead on improvements with real-world impact.
What You Bring
- Solid HSE experience, ideally in construction or industrial settings
- IOSH certification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 45001, 27001 a bonus)
- Sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills
