Learning Technology Coordinator (12 Month FTC)\\nRemote (with travel to London 1-4 times a month)\\nΒ£34K Basic Salary\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity to join a global education team as a Learning Technology Coordinator focused on digital platforms and online learning. This 12-month maternity cover role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of digital education projects, including supporting the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and the creation of e-learning content. The ideal candidate will bring experience in digital learning project coordination, content management systems, and a passion for delivering impactful learning experiences to a global audience.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n * Coordinate and support the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives, including LMS build and course design.\\n\\n * Maintain and update digital platforms such as the website CMS, CRM, and LMS.\\n\\n * Manage digital education activities including webinars, online certification courses, and virtual learning events.\\n\\n * Act as first point of contact for digital and learning project queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.\\n\\n * Support delivery and promotion of monthly webinar series and manage video library resources.\\n\\n * Collaborate with subject matter experts, committees, and third-party suppliers to develop and launch digital learning resources.\\n\\n * Support analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and content.\\n\\n * Contribute to the development of training materials, and process documentation.\\n\\n * Assist with general administrative support and operational duties within the digital and education team.\\n\\nSkills\\n\\n * Excellent project coordination skills with high attention to detail.\\n\\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills.\\n\\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\\n\\n * High digital literacy, including experience with LMS platforms, CRM and CMS.\\n\\n * Confident working independently and collaboratively across global teams.\\n\\n * Creative problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset.\\n\\n * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\n * Degree in a relevant subject is desirable (e.g., Digital Media, Education, Science, or similar).\\n\\n * Project management certification (desirable).\\n\\n * Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.\\n\\nExperience\\n\\n * Minimum of 3 yearsβ relevant work experience in digital education, content development, or project coordination.\\n\\n * Experience using digital content and learning platforms (CMS, LMS, CRM).\\n\\n * Experience creating or managing online learning content and webinars.\\n\\n * Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Rise or an alternative authoring tool is desirable\\n\\n * Experience in international, healthcare, or non-profit sectors is advantageous.\\n\\n * Previous involvement in LMS implementation or development preferred.\\n\\nBlue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
