Our client is a forward-thinking and fast-growing training provider seeking a Commercial Fire & Security Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training across a broad range of disciplines—including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to learners across the UK
- Develop and maintain course materials aligned with industry best practices
- Design bespoke training solutions tailored to commercial client needs
- Support delivery of recognised qualifications, such as FireQual and EAL awards
- Conduct market research to identify training gaps and emerging trends
- Uphold consistent quality standards in all training content and delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Proven Fire & Security background, ideally with strong Fire systems expertise
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting professional development
- Effective communicator with training delivery experience—or a keen interest in developing these skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in technical training or relevant teaching qualifications
- Knowledge of awarding organisations such as FireQual or EAL
- Experience in content development and/or market analysis
