RETROFIT PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly ambitious, hands-on Retrofit Project Coordinator who can support the Retrofit team to deliver the best-in-class, end-to-end, Retrofit service for our clients, ensuring that there is 100% compliance to PAS standards. How We See The Role Key tasks include: Coordinate and lead weekly project meetings with clients to discuss progress, address issues, and resolve any potential concerns. Coordinate and manage retrofit assessments, including liaising with external partners as required. Liaise with clients to seek approval on tasks such as IOE (Installation of Energy Efficiency) generation and IOE package selection. Manage project-related queries from clients and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee audits and manage pre and post-lodgement amendments in line with project requirements. Take ownership of the operational aspects of the project, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets clients’ expectations.
