Mechanical Construction Manager - Commercial Development

Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large £95M Commercial Development in Central London.\\nWe are open to candidates' backgrounds but ideally, you will be exposed to large, track construction projects such as Commercial Fit-Out, Mixed Use Developments or major office schemes.\\nWith the order book full until 2028, there is excellent scope for a credible Mechanical Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the business's growth and expansion over the coming years.\\nMechanical Construction Manager Key Requirements:\\n * 3 – 5 Years of Mechanical Construction Management experience ideally on Commercial, Industrial or mixed-use development\\n * A trade and/or relevant third-level qualification\\n * Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects\\n * Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues\\n * Knowledge of Health & Safety\\n * Experienced in design and build\\n * Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems\\n * Excellent IT skills\\nIf you are a driven Mechanical Construction Manager looking to join a successful company with a busy pipeline of work apply with your CV to the link provided or call Darren @ Salter Grange
