Internal Sales Executive/Telesales Executive - Derby
Monday – Friday (08:45am - 5:15pm)
Salary: £25,000 basic salary + Bonus
OTE - £31K+ (Uncapped Commission Structure!)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads! (Warm Leads with rare cold leads)
- Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Building and nurturing relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM
- Hitting (and exceeding!) monthly targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding
