We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our clients team based in Nottingham! If you have a passion for DIY, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other day-to-day DIY tasks)
- Carry out inspections and ensure facilities are in top condition
- Travel to various sites, including Nottingham and surrounding areas

- Basic experience in general DIY and maintenance tasks
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (mileage expenses provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
