We’re looking for a Senior Application Engineer to help us support and improve our collaboration platforms, ensuring their performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Play a key role in the design, innovation, and day-to-day support of collaboration tools.
- Drive the continuous improvement and ever-greening of platforms, ensuring they meet the firm's needs.
- Take on complex tasks, providing technical guidance and supporting critical incidents.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure platforms meet the highest standards.
- Lead and support the implementation of new platforms, changes, and enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and lead where needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to engage with engineers, business teams, and senior stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of system configurations, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
- ITIL Service Management or equivalent certifications are a plus.
