Financial Director

My client a national service industry are looking for a qualified financial director due to growth within the business. This role will head up the finance team reporting into the managing director Duties and Responsibilities: * Team Leadership and oversight * Statutuory Accounts Preparation * Govenance and Financial integrity * Transformation of processes * Driving forward the growth of the business Person Specification * Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) * Proven leadership experience of financial control, over multisite organisations * Understanding of business proceses and change management * Experience of managing internal/external audit, statutory reporting and finance transformation * Strong stakeholder skills liasing with all levels. This role will be an excellent opportunity for a number two in finance for a large organisation (or head of finance in a smaller organisation) looking for a step up into a board level role. The role will be primarily office based, with some hybrid flexibility. The role is based in modern offices with parking and local amenities.
