MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Permanent Role – St Albans\\n\\nMEP QS. Our client, a leading building services and facilities maintenance contractor who operate throughout London and the home counties, are looking for a QS to join their commercial team based in St Albans, Hertfordshire\\n\\nDuties will include but are not limited to the below:\\n\\nEnsuring all applications are submitted in line with the contractual terms\\nEnsuring sub-contractor payments are made on time\\nAssisting the commercial team\\nMonitoring all applications submitted and ensure any works rejected are tracked and reissued when appropriate\\nPricing all jobs by their appropriate revenue code to ensure that they are billed correctly\\nTo produce and agree a monthly application\\nMonitoring and managing costs to ensure profitability is maintained.Requirements:\\n\\nDegree qualified\\nM&E Experience\\nExperience Surveying, Pricing and Validating Subcontractor Quotations\\nExperience Measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applications\\nNegotiation SkillsThis is a Permanent position with a salary of up to £70k on offer depending on experience.
