This Is How You WOW
Drive your own development by engaging with our Management Trainee programme and proactive self-learning. Assist in analyzing business performance, learning how to make and influence key business decisions by working with the Center team and manager to build and deliver aggressive growth plans for our key markets. Grow our customer account base through the development of both new and existing relationships, maintain our CRM system, communicate and visit customers, and work within the Center showroom supporting sales and service. Attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy, including E-learning, live webinars, and in-person sessions in Banbury – Oxfordshire. Support the team with operational and supply chain responsibilities to ensure the Karcher Center’s support functions are optimized, enabling you to deliver excellent customer service.
We would be impressed if you bring:
- A well-presented and ambitious individual confident in dealing with a wide variety of people.
- Experience in a sales environment.
- A full UK Driving License.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Google Suite; SAP experience is desirable.
