Action Emergency Management is expanding our Environmental Services division—and we’re looking for a hands-on leader ready to build and command a best-in-class HAZMAT operation. This is a unique opportunity to design the system, lead the team, and take point on-site for trauma scenes, meth lab remediation, fentanyl response, EV battery incidents, and hoarding cleanups. Must be able to be on-site daily in Revere, MA. This is a 100% on-site job.
- 5+ years in environmental response, trauma cleanup, or HAZMAT field leadership
- Strong working knowledge of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP)
- Physically capable of active field leadership

- LSP-type professionals (license not required)
- Former firefighters, EMTs, military, or law enforcement officers with HAZMAT or incident command experience
