Start Date: Monday 9th March

Base Salary: £29,033 per annum, with a bonus up to £8,000 (OTE)

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category, engaging with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes to promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

• No experience? No problem! We provide full training, along with tools and support to get you up to speed.
• You must have a UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute from the Weymouth location.
• Influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive positive outcomes through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
• Experience with manual handling of products and point‑of‑sale equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
• Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
• Capacity to grow business through digital engagement, leveraging technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
• Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and effective management of multiple tasks.
