What You\’ll Be Doing Leading the management and delivery of outstanding social care that meets CQC regulations whilst putting residents\’ wellbeing at the centre of everything Championing holistic, person-centred approaches to care, acting as a trusted advisor to residents and their families during important conversations Overseeing comprehensive assessments, care planning and safeguarding processes that protect and empower the people in our care Managing admissions, audits and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our residents\’ quality of life Developing and inspiring your team through effective people management, creating an environment where everyone can contribute and grow What You\’ll Get In Return Joining St Monica Trust means becoming part of a values-led organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do.
