Responsibilities: Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets Business development and networking to generate new business The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts Building your personal brand via Xpertise tech community events What are we looking for? Sales or recruitment consultant experience Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic Excellent communication skills and a love of networking Limitless ambition and a real drive to be the best Authentic and Professional with a strong team work ethic History of achievements and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone – e.g. captained sports team, sports scholarship to the US, top salesperson, climbed Kilimanjaro, raised money for charity… tell us about what you did that you are most proud of!
