Service Care solutions are working with a well-established and respected law firm, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services. Their Private Client Team is committed to delivering expert advice and tailored solutions to our clients in estate planning, trusts, and tax matters.
The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Executry Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client work and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Confirmation applications and Inheritance Tax paperwork
- Correspondence and communications with HM Revenue and Customs
- Preparing executry accounts
- Preparing other relevant documentation, including Deeds of Variation
- Comply with Stronachs’ GDPR requirements
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a Private Client team is essential.
