You would join the 4000 & 5000 Series Product Strategy team as the Requirements Manager with responsibility for defining our future product range content, to meet customer and market requirements. There will be high interaction with multiple disciplines across numerous business groups – working with Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Applications, Business Resources, Operations and others. This role is very people and process focused, and essential to ensuring we implement our product successfully.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project Manage new market introductions and the conversion of voice of customer (VOC’s) feasible solutions
- Managing the product requirements for the 4000 & 5000 Series engine range worldwide
- Working with Sales and Marketing (SMSP) to understand customer and market requirements and create/managing Product Objectives for new and existing models
- Working with commercial teams and customers facing teams on additions to the range
- Defining future programs for the product range and developing business cases for new products
- Working with engineering teams to ensure the availability of technical information for product launches
- Coordinate customer facility visits
