SALARY: £42k + Car Allowance + Bonus LOCATION: Field based with nationwide travel and overnight stays (4-5 nights per week) Dish’d – delivering restaurant quality virtual brands We are an exciting start up and the UK’s fastest growing franchisor of virtual brands. We partner with Halal food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area. To support our continual expansion, we are looking for another Training & Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting into our founding Director, Mohamed Poonawala, you will be responsible for training our franchise partners to deliver our brands to the high standards that our customers deserve. This role will be field based within the London area and require travel to partner locations primarily within the South of England but also nationally. You will be responsible for the ongoing training and performance management of our franchise partners as part of our approach of continuous improvement. You will also be key to developing and executing our strong pipeline of future brands. This role offers lots of opportunities for development and progression within a fast-moving business. What will you do? You will work closely with our franchise partners to maximise the success and growth of their Dish\’d business. You will achieve this by: · Becoming an expert on our brands and menus; full training will be provided. · Travelling to our franchise partner sites and quickly building a rapport and constructive working relationship with the kitchen team · Training their kitchen teams on how to deliver our brands and menus to the highest standards and in accordance with our brand specifications. · Working collaboratively and flexibly to integrate our menus into their existing operation to maximise efficiency and performance. · Once initial training is completed, maintaining a strong relationship with the partner to monitor KPIs and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. · Performing regular audits and statutory checks; where KPIs aren\’t being met, you will work closely with partners to agree a remedial action plan. · Continually developing and improving our partner training framework. · Working closely with our Commercial team to ensure that franchise partners experience a smooth onboarding process. · Supporting with the commercial and operational aspects of the Dish\’d business including managing enquiries from franchisors and suppliers. You will be · Field based and able to travel nationally with overnight stays. You will be required be away from home 4-5 nights a week. · Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. · Hard working and target driven. · Flexible with strong interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to quickly adapt to a new kitchen environment and connect with the team. · Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. · Strong in communication skills, both verbal and written. · Fluent in English. Conversational fluency in Sylheti or Punjabi would be desirable. · Experienced in working within the hospitality or restaurant industry (2 years). · Experienced in training and/or supervising people. · Knowledgeable of Food Safety to level 3. · Computer literate · Eligible to work within the UK. · An owner driver with full driving licence.
